Hip Hotel St. Martenslane is a design hotel located in the Wyck district in Maastricht, the Netherlands. The hotel opened in August 2004. St. Martenslane is part of the La Bergère Group. St. Martenslane is a trendy design hotel and was at the time of opening also the first non-smoking hotel in the Netherlands and Belgium.
The concept of St. Martenslane is hip, trendy and based on self-service. This includes a Grab & Co corner were guests can get useful items via a vending machine using old guilders. St. Martenslane is the pilot hotel for "Qbic Hotels" which opened in Amsterdam in 2007.[1]
